Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) are usually faster.
Delivery is managed by Shiprocket. You'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to us at dost@mezmatcha.com and we'll sort it out.
Refund & Returns Policy
Because Mez Matcha is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However we genuinely want you to love your matcha. If any of the following apply, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery:
Your order arrived damaged or tampered with
You received the wrong product
A sachet was open or compromised on arrival
Email us at dost@mezmatcha.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll either replace the affected items or issue a full refund – your choice, no questions asked.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Taste preference (we strongly recommend trying the sweetened version if you're new to matcha)
Delays caused by the courier after dispatch
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email dost@mezmatcha.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
