Refund policy

  • Because Mez Matcha is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
  • However we genuinely want you to love your matcha. If any of the following apply, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery:
    1. Your order arrived damaged or tampered with
    2. You received the wrong product
    3. A sachet was open or compromised on arrival
  • Email us at dost@mezmatcha.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll either replace the affected items or issue a full refund – your choice, no questions asked.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Taste preference (we strongly recommend trying the sweetened version if you're new to matcha)
    3. Delays caused by the courier after dispatch
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
